DRYING FILM: Your film will fully dry in 3-4 weeks. Avoid washing for the first 5 days and don't touch water spots under the film, they'll evaporate.

LIFTING: It's possible to notice minor lifting that needs to be trimmed at the two-week mark. Avoid using a pressure washer or high-pressure water source near the edges of the film, it can cause the film to lift and/or become damaged.

IMPERFECTIONS: We strive for perfection, but due to the nature of covering a vehicle in adhesive film, some degree of dust or debris under the film may be present.

BADGE AND TRIM REMOVAL: We may have to remove badging or other parts of the car for installation. The customer is responsible for the cost to replace the badge or other parts as needed.

EXISTING COATINGS: The vehicle should not have an existing ceramic coating. We will make an effort to remove it, but cannot guarantee it won't lift in certain places.

EXISTING ROCK CHIPS: Current chips will appear as PPF imperfections. We have methods to mitigate their appearance, but older vehicles are more likely to have existing chips, especially on dark or black vehicles.

CUSTOM CUTTING: We use computer software for most installations, which may result in slight exposed edges. Relief cuts may be exposed in some areas. 

We try to minimize this and some customization may be needed to make the installation as seamless as possible.

HEADLIGHTS: On some manufacture headlights there is a risk the of delamination with the use of PPF.

UNSUITABLE SURFACES FOR PPF: Some surfaces may not be suitable for PPF.

NON FACTORY PAINT: We are not liable for non-factory paint on factory paint or repainted panels, as it is often improperly prepped and may lift. This includes non-factory paint such as dealership touchups prior to delivery, that are not always as evident. OEM/factory paint will typically NOT lift. We will make every attempt to identify if a vehicle has been repainted.

WARRANTY: We offer a 10-year warranty against yellowing, cracking, and fading for gloss clear bra/PPF. Fashion or matte options have a 5-year warranty. This warranty doesn't cover abuse, accidents, or debris. 

The film will protect from most rock chips, but sharp/large objects traveling at high speed could cut the film. Light scratches in the film will self-heal in 20-30 minutes at room temperature

REFUNDS: We do not issue refunds, but may replace film pieces if necessary.

PHOTO RELEASE: Authorizing the installation of PPF authorizes us to use photos and videos for YouTube, social media, and advertisements.
